REFUND POLICY
Our policy provides returns that are hassle free with an even exchange or a gift certificate
(store credit) only.

We gladly accept returns for items received within 30 days from delivery date.

Returns will not be accepted 30 days past delivery.

Customer is responsible for return costs and handling fees.

Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect address information at checkout.

We do not issue any refunds to the original form of payment.

Returns must be in unworn condition.
If there are signs of use the item will be rejected from return. We have the right to deem the product ineligible for return! Once your return is received, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed! See the bottom of the page on how to request a return!

Free from makeup, tanner, deodorant, pet hairs, perfume, lotion, stains, etc.

PLEASE be cautious when trying on clothes not to stain or damage the articles. Wear proper undergarments when trying on bottoms or tops to avoid any unwanted stains. We will send your return back to you if the item is ineligible for return and we deem the right to make that determination!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided via email, we are not responsible for a return being sent to the incorrect address. No returning FINAL SALE items ie. sale pieces. 5% restocking fee for returns. Customer provides return shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested via email. We will make our best effort to facilitate an exchange dependent upon our available stock. We can swap the item for an even or lesser exchange of another item, and issue any remaining balance in the form of a gift certificate.
Delivery Damage or Faults
If you feel you have received a faulty or improper item, please contact us with digital images of what was found immediately upon opening the package. We happily will replace any goods in the case of manufacturing faults or shipping damage. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear or improper care in the wash. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the item. If it is deemed the item has damage or faults, you will not incur any additional costs to replace the item or receive a full refund. Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package or items in order for us to assist you swiftly!
You Receive An Incorrect Item
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect color or size, we will replace your order at no cost to you. Please reach out to us with photos of the item and the needed revision and we will send you further information to proceed. If an item is canceled or out of stock you will be refunded to your original form of payment.
If we receive an incorrect return item we will not be able to process your return.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Send us an email at dezandlinn@gmail.com with the following information: Your full name, order number, request stated with all information needed!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
